We indulged our guests with a taste sensation, at the official launch of Michel Marie at 4Fourteen Restaurant in Sydney.

We worked closely with renowned Head Chef, Carla Jones, to perfectly match a variety of delectable foods with our golden deliciousness.

*Citrus marinated Kingfish with Mandarin, Apple and Celery
*Pressed Ham Hock Terrine
*Braised Beef Brisket with Pickled Vegetables
*Alaskan Crab Rolls
*Cheeseboard with apple and massive wedges of dark chocolate
*Berry Cheesecake

There are all sorts of foods that pair scrumptiously with Michel Marie whether you’re having an afternoon tea,¬†aperitif or dinner.

Bocconcini, tomato and basil salad, smoked salmon, oysters, grilled swordfish & watercress, bruschetta.

You may even pour Michel Marie wine on vanilla bean ice-cream, after all, Michel Marie is best served chilled.
